Dashboard, POS, Products Management, Barcode System, Sales Tracking,
Purchase Management, People Management, Promotion Tools, Reports,
Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll System, Feedback System,
Subscription Handling, and Support Ticket Management,
are delivered through a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
Upon successful registration and subscription, access to
services will be granted immediately via account activation notification
through email. In case of any subscription-based physical deliverables,
delivery will occur within 5 working days, subject to availability. If
the product or service is unavailable, a refund will be processed
according to our Refund Policy.
By using Lenden.store, you confirm that you are at least 14 years
old, or you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or
legal guardian.
We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site under
the stated Terms and Conditions solely for your business or personal
management purposes via our SaaS platform.
Commercial resale or third-party usage of the platform is strictly
prohibited
unless explicitly permitted in writing by us.
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate
revocation of your license without prior notice.

Product/service descriptions provided on the Site are offered by
Lenden.store or third-party vendors and do not constitute professional

Lenden.store. You can unsubscribe anytime by following the instructions

that you submit in connection with such Submissions.

right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any user-submitted

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or subscription at
our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to service
unavailability, errors in subscription plans, or issues identified in
fraud detection systems.
We may request additional information (such as phone number, address,
identity verification) before processing any subscription or order.
Failure to respond to verification requests within 2 days may lead to
automatic cancellation.
In case of a pricing error or misrepresentation, we reserve the right to
correct it by either seeking your consent for a corrected charge or
canceling the subscription/order and informing you accordingly.
All intellectual property rights in the Site, including but not limited
to text, graphics, software, photos, videos, music, sound, and their
arrangement
Dashboard, Settings, POS, Products, Barcode, Sales, Purchase,
People, Promotion, Reports, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Feedback,
Subscription, and Support Ticket , are the exclusive property of Lenden.store.
All Site content is protected by copyright laws of Bangladesh and
applicable international conventions.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative
works from, or exploit in any way, any of the content or software
